Lower bills. Cleaner power.

Three ways to cut your electricity cost, with or without upfront capital. For residential, commercial, industrial and government clients.

The opportunity

Your power bill is now a choice.

Solar has become a proven, bankable investment, and the Philippine retail power market is open to more buyers than ever. On 26 June 2026 the Energy Regulatory Commission lowered the retail competition threshold from 500 kW to 100 kW.

RCOARetail Competition & Open Access. Facilities of 100 kW and above, such as offices, malls, hotels, schools, hospitals and factories, can contract directly with a Retail Electricity Supplier.
RAPRetail Aggregation Program. Users below 100 kW, now including households, can pool their demand and choose a supplier together.
GEOPGreen Energy Option Program. Customers of 100 kW and above can source their supply directly from renewable energy.
ComplexRules, tariffs and contract terms few buyers have time to master.
SlowRegistration and switching steps across several parties.
Paper-heavyApplications, load data and supply contracts to compile.
IntimidatingRisky to sign a multi-year supply deal without expert advice.

The market is open, but switching is still hard. Spectrum makes it simple: we assess, design, finance, source and switch, as one accountable partner.

Option A · Solar System Packages

Own It. Generate your own power.

We assess your needs, design a fit-for-purpose system, install it and stand behind it with warranty, a service contract and after-sales support.

Grid-tied

Lowest cost per kWh

PV→Inverter→Load⇄Grid

Solar powers your daytime load and the grid covers the rest. Net metering where eligible.

For daytime-heavy users with stable grid supply
Hybrid

Savings plus backup

PV→Hybrid inverter⇄Battery·Grid

Batteries store surplus solar for evening use and keep critical loads running during outages.

For sites facing brownouts or high evening use
Off-grid

Full independence

PV→Inverter⇄Battery→Load

Self-sufficient power with no grid connection, sized for your full daily demand.

For islands, farms, pumps and remote facilities

Option B · Solar-as-a-Service

Zero Upfront. Savings from day one.

We install solar at no capital cost to you. You pay over time, from the savings the system creates.

B1 · Term payments

Lease-to-Own

Fixed monthly payments over an agreed term. At the end, the system is yours.

For businesses that want to own the asset without the upfront outlay
B2 · Long-term contract

Solar Power Purchase Agreement

We own and operate the system on your site. You pay only for the solar energy it produces, at a rate below your current tariff.

For commercial and industrial clients that want savings with no asset on the books
B3 · Government

Public-Private Partnership

For LGUs, agencies, water districts and state universities, structured under the PPP Code of the Philippines (RA 11966).

For public facilities seeking savings without an upfront budget allocation

100 kW and above

RCOA

Contract directly with a Retail Electricity Supplier for your facility.

Below 100 kW, aggregated

RAP

Pool demand across branches, buildings or households and switch as a group.

100 kW and above, renewable

GEOP

Source your power directly from renewable energy and meet ESG targets.

1

Eligibility & load profileWe review 12 months of bills and your peak demand to confirm which program fits.

2

Competitive sourcingWe obtain supply offers from our generation partners and licensed suppliers.

3

Indicative only. Assumes about 110 kWh produced per kWp each month, installed cost of ₱45–₱65 per watt, today’s power rate held flat, and part of a home’s daytime surplus exported under net metering at a lower credit. Final sizing and price depend on your roof, load profile and equipment.

Can I switch power supplier?

Since 26 June 2026, users with an average monthly peak demand of 100 kW or more can choose their own retail electricity supplier.

Who is this for?
A single building, plant, campus or household.
Peak demand (kW) is printed on commercial bills. Not sure? Choose “kWh used per month” and we’ll estimate it.
Do you want renewable energy supply?
Your result

Indicative only. Eligibility is based on your 12-month average monthly peak demand and is confirmed by your distribution utility under ERC rules; programme availability can differ by area, which we confirm during assessment. Estimates from kWh assume a 50% load factor.
